Generalists with a spike.

People who can move across the stack — retrieval, orchestration, UI, deployment — but who have one or two areas where their work is noticeably stronger.

Comfortable with ambiguity.

Early-stage engagements rarely have clean specs. We value people who can turn a loosely-defined problem into a working system.

Production-minded.

People who measure success by whether the system still works reliably in production six months after launch.

Honest about what's hard.

We value early, honest communication. If something needs attention, we'd rather hear about it sooner so we can address it together.
